Description
Old mill Franja is located by the forest, at the beginning of a narrow gorge, through which a lively stream happily gurgles. For everyone who wants a peaceful break in nature, with the rustling of trees and the chirping of birds in the near forest, our mill is the ideal place to come to relax from the tiring everyday hustle and bustle. Here you can fill yourself with positive energy and inspiration that only nature can provide. We offer you a completely renovated and furnished small house, which can accommodate up to 4 guests and 1 to 2 small pets. On the upper floor, there are common sleeping areas with one double and two single beds, a reading and resting corner and a balcony. From the bedroom there is a nice calming view of the gorge and the stream.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with living/dining area, TV, radio and sanitary facilities. Behind the house is a beautiful picnic area with a fireplace, stone sink with running water, table, bench and hanging chairs with a view of the gorge and the gurgling stream. In summer, there is also a jacuzzi for romantic relaxation for two, relaxation with family or friends.
In addition to the equipped kitchen, the mill also offers a variety of board games (don’t get angry, various cards, 4 in a row…) and sports equipment (bocce ball, badminton). For the youngest, we also offer various coloring books, crayons, puzzles and children’s magazines as part of the rental. For relaxation, the cottage also has a mini library with novels and books of various genres in Slovenian and English.
Towels, kitchen towels, dishwashing powder and sponge and also shampoo/shower gel are included in the price. Dolce Gusto capsules for coffee and cocoa and a gift bottle of our excellent domestic wine await all guests at the mill.
Small pets (dogs and kittens up to 20 kg) are welcome in Old mill Franja. They require an additional payment according to the price list published on this website.
Old mill Franja is available for tourist rental from 1. april to 30. november. Renting is not possible during the winter. In case of early snow or very low temperatures in November, it is possible that the tourist season ends already at the end of October.

Ogrevana je s talnim gretjem in klimatsko napravo ter opremljena z wi-fi signalom. Del dodatne ponudbe je tudi jakuzzi, ki ga na željo gostov lahko postavimo v notranje in bolj intimne prostore ali pa zunaj. Del redne ponudbe sta zunanje odprto kurišče za piknike in zunanji tuš. Za vse goste, ki imajo rezervirano več kot 2 nočitvi pa je del redne ponudbe tudi degustacija vin v bližnji Grajski vinski kleti, ki je bila tako kot celotna parcela, katere del je tudi Vinska grajska kašča, nekoč last trebanjskega gradu in njegovih posestnikov. Možen je tudi nakup flaširanih domačih vin, s katerimi se boste razvajali ob romantičnih sončnih zahodih, na terasi Vinske grajske kašče, s pogledom na zeleno naravo in prelepe okoliške vinograde. Steklenico domačega vina za dobrodošlico prejmejo vsi gostje.
